I cannot reopen a project

Open a project through its .noviproj manifest. What it contains and why the project cannot be restored without it.

Open an existing project by selecting its *.noviproj manifest file inside the project bundle folder. The manifest records the workflow status, file locations and boundary conditions; if it is missing, the project cannot be restored reliably (The project bundle and its files).
