Dashboard

The Novineer Design Hub Dashboard provides a central interface for engineers and designers to manage and monitor their projects.

This tutorial will guide you through the main components of the dashboard, helping you navigate and utilize its features effectively.

• Top Bar: Includes a button to start a new project, active subscription details, a renewal date, and a survey button.
  

  Core Hours is the number of CPUs used for tasks such as meshing, design, or toolpath generation multiplied by the job duration. You can visit this article for insights about core hours for various case studies.

• Projects: 

  To begin a new project, click the icon at the top left. Enter your project name, and choose from options like geometric or geometric and toolpath optimization and isotropic or anisotropic materials. 

   

  After creating your project, it will appear in the project list. Each project can be entered , duplicated , or deleted . The details of each project such as the date it was created, the project status, the design type, and material properties are shown under each project.

• Quick Start Tutorial Video: A short video tutorial that helps new users quickly understand how to use the platform effectively.
• Bullet Points: Lists the key steps to start using the platform, including Dashboard, Model, Mesh, and Design sections.
• Project History: A detailed log of projects with names, status, and core hours spent on each stage (e.g., mesh, design, slicing).
• Core Hours Spent Graph: A bar graph showing the distribution of core hours spent over the current week, month, or year, categorized by project activities like meshing, designing, and slicing.

• Updates and Announcements: Provides important platform updates and announcements, such as version updates with a link to read more.
